It's a PARAGLIDER actually, not a parachute.

Someone said a Parachute: it is a flexible wing, NOT a parachute. I do Skydive, and you advance a lot to descend little, like gliders do. Parachtes where round. This type of wing has cels to inflate & conform its airfoil, with the togles you can turn left or right, or stop (when landing). If you stop in the air, you stall about 500 feet until reaching flying speed again on my Skydive canopy: this car has a paragliding configuration, meaning the tips have a lot more span & weight lifting capacity

I don't umderstand why he is steering with one hand, can someone explain.

@piltot2007 I can only assume that it's because when trying to bring a swinging parachute into equilibrium the controls are not responsive enough to do quick corrections, so you siimply correct in one direction - which should be in the opposite direction to the side which the parachute swings the most and only when it swings that way.
