I have 3 cheap airhog helis a 3ch micro heli and I have a Eflite blade msr and I can fly them very good inside and outside. I started flying micro helis 3 years ago but do you think I could fly the Eflite blade CP pro? By the way how many Chanels is it? Thanks.
@shobu7777 That seems like an appropriate step up for someone with your experience. If you wanted to get a little bit more practice before finally stepping up, I'd recommend the 120SR because it handles like a larger heli however it retains the stability of a heli like the mSR.
Jim you should practice your speech and presentation skills a little bit. You sound hesitant and lost at some points and the flow of speech of not smooth either....maybe time to memorize speech..o/w very awkward for viewrs
i have flown havocs msr's and cx3's for a wile now the cx3 for about 6-7 months can i start trying to hover and fly with the cp pro 2 or do you recomend something elese
can anyone help me, underneath the swashplate of the cx2 there is meant to be 1 bearing with a screw right, on mine there is two and the gears arnt inline with the motor pinion???!!!!
@bugoXngAZ Absolutely not. That is way too big of a step for anyone. I would recommend something like the mSR or the SR instead as those are much more skill-appropriate.
have u guys thought about makin a micro 3d heli with belt or geared tail i really love the msr but i want to know if u guys can come out with something thats fully 3d and micro like mcx or cx size even msr size please respond thanks
my mcx s300 will not receive a signal for more than 2 seconds and then it cuts into landing mode i changed all the batteries other than the flight battery for lack of extra any help
Learn to fly with either the CX2, CX3 or mCX and then worry about flying outside. Honestly first you'll be better off getting the basics inside without having to fight the wind.
everything i have read has said the mcx...i just bought the mcx s300 and it is in the mail...doesnt break the bank...(100 dollars) but allows you to learn on the 4 channels :)
Love E-Flight / Horizon videos... very instructive and entertaining. They are the reason I decided to "get into" E-Flight products versus all of the other competitors. From learning how to fly these things as well as fix and maintain them, the videos are great. The latest msr video is great for helping E-Flite loyalists move up as their skill levels increase. Please keep them coming, and I can't wait to advance from my mcx, mcx S300 and CX3 to a single rotor msr. Is a scale msr next?
Yeah you got me hooked a couple of years back with the cx2 then i got another heli then onto the blade 400 about a year and a half ago but now i'm flying planes,well for the rest of this year anyway ;-) so good review and keep up the good work and i think we would all like to see abit more on the heli's/planes ;-) 5*
I love my Blade MCX S300 and CX2! Great product line and many places on the internet to hop-up or upgrade my CX2 is the reason why I bought my first E-Flite Blade... the CX2. I love scale choppers too and the MCX S300 more than fit the bill. Great product line and excellent spare part availablilty is why I am an E-Flite heli pilot.
@shangsandy87 Hey, Megan does a good job, she is working with Blade 400 right now but since the weather is turning she has been cruising her 500 cc Honda street bike! She makes all those pretty consumer catalogs you see in your mail box. I am going to get her in another one here shortly so keep your eyes open for it. JB
Nice review, i had the cx2 dual blade and i love it. it was the first chopper i have owned, i still am a plane lover! but it was a great beginning chopper! also came with a spectacular spektrum radio!!!
Nice video. I have an MCX and dad has a CX2 upgraded. I'm an experienced RC Heli pilot but never really end up buying a 3D one. So thanks for making this video, you make me want that CP Pro 2 more! Thanks alot LOL
Have you ever flown anything other than a coax, if not, you are not experienced. A CP Pro 2 may be a bit much, I would recommend a FP heli, they are easier and cheaper to fix than a cp.
Yep at the local flying field I've flown(very well 3D flight) a Trex 450, Trex 250, Blade CP Pro(the original one), Blade 400, Axe 400, Axe CPv3, and at the hobby shop in the back lot, Novus CP, and Walkera 4G3. All very fun helis but personal preferences I like E-Flite
@shangsandy87 Nope I'm just friends with most of the guys at the local flying field ;) I'm more into the land vehicles so they try out my vehicles, I try their helis and planes, with previous flight sim experience to back it up

how long can you fly the blade 400 for?
frank1971ification 10 months ago
@frank1971ification
probably 5-6 mins
dezent 10 months ago
@dezent if the blade 400 crashes will it problably brake?
frank1971ification 9 months ago
@frank1971ification
yes moving up to cp helis they do break even if you just touch the ground with something else than the skids.
but just keep a couple of meters up in the air like 5-10 and you should have enough time to correct.
i went from blade msr to trex 450 and i had 2 crashes since then both from hardware failure.

@awsem1o1 I would probably move to the Blade 120 SR or the Blade 400 first before going to the CP Pro 2

@Shangsandy i got the msr as a gift and i meant to say cx2
wqdy949 1 year ago
@wqdy949 CX2 is even lower level than CX3. I think SR or 400 is better.
