This song works on so many levels. It's got soul, power and class. I hadn't listened to anyone's lyrics in years until I heard this. Great work. @IdRatherBinADream92 Well... 'Night Train' wasn't an album, it was an EP. They were just experimental songs that Keane recorded during the Perfect Symmetry tour. As they say, it was a bunch of "why not?", you don't have to take it seriously. However, they're right now working on their fourth album that will come out next year and they say it's more "old Keane", like a rock version of Under the iron sea.

Hi all! I first got into Keane when I heard them at my Drs waiting room (waiting on an enema to be administered of all things!). The soft piano rock & Tom Chaplin's delicate vocals helped ease the anxiety I was feeling & I left the Drs after the best enema I ever had. Skip forward a few years & hear this frightfully abrasive song! What happened? It's as if they're aiming for a hip new crowd with this sound. It's a bit too urban sounding for me I think. I'm sticking to their first album.

I was on the lift, gearing up to meet him for lunch, when *this* came on. Needless to say, at 73 I'm not as 'controllable' as I once was, & thus I soiled my best pair of pleated corduroys! The other inhabitants of the lift shifted uncomfortable, trying to pretend nothing 'went down'. Then, I had to see the look of disgust in my own son's eyes.

Well my darling wife bought me there CD for Xmas one year so I could listen to them in the car & I had an unfortunate accident in my seat, when I have to say they pushed that soft piano rock right to the razors edge. My bowel's let loose & liquid fecal just fell out of me! What a mess!
