  • One m0:00re time

  • you know what ?

i think both versions are amazing. !

  • I prefer the beatles version....its more...energetic and I LOVE the Beatles!

  • Personally i like The Beatles version better because i think its got more energy. But they're both great.

  • i prefer the beatles version cause you can hear johns love for rock n roll in his voice. berry's voice is so casual its like he don't ever care. i like this version, just prefer beatles :) don't start given me shit cause you're a giant beatles hater, I'm just saying my opinion lol

  • @thybananaphone

I like Beatles as a band much, but i think Berry's version is better.

I think Beatles voices would be considered casual, not Berry.

  • yeah very true john's love rock n' roll and his feelings stand in this song lo ve love beatles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: D

  • I like this version. It has that southern atmosphere... but I kinda perfer the Beatles version :P I got both on my iPod though.

  • wat the hec this ant no rock this i dang jazz an pop

  • @cardinals373 this was what rock started as

  • I LOVE THIS SONG

  • Chuck berry is th best (Y)

  • Chuck Berry is great, but I like Lennon's wild voice more.

  • Leave it to the Beatles to make this song a rockin' rock song.

The original is great, smooth rockin'.

  • you can understand EVERY lyric he writes he is the king

  • jesus, the beatles were ok if you like holding hands, and strawberry fields, maybe even if you live in an octopusses garden, it's not jst me, but every fuckin song they performed that might have had some balls were fuckin covers, i dont care how many beatle fags respond, out of the british invasion no one did it like the stones, and as for the brits thinkin they got something great here's a quote from ur precious lennon, before elvis there was nothing

  • @TheToecutter79 helter skelter? yer blues? i want you? none of these songs have "balls"?

  • @lbsmrbrb1 lol, i do like some beatles songs, helter skelter, is ok , not to be mr technical but yer blues was actually done by dirty mac, which was lennon, clapton , keith richards on bass, not sure who the drummer was, but they still lack that fast times, fast cars, and fast woman attitude, music will always be based on the listener's opinion lol, well leave it at that

  • @TheToecutter79 yer blues was originally performed by the beatles. it was released on the white album. the dirty just chose to perform it for their only show

  • @lbsmrbrb1 it still dont matter id take exile on main street over any beatles album anyday

  • @lbsmrbrb1 but fuck it, this is chuck berry and im sure his music brought both of here, lets jst agree they dont know how to make or play like this anymore, and maybe our younger crowds can see past all the crap thats being force fed to em

  • rock n roll at its best...

  • Chuck Berry is better than Chuck Norris v.v

  • nom nom nom

  • The Beatles version is nothing but screaming, how anyone can like the Beatles version over the Chuck Berry original is beyond me.

  • if you use the word 'gay' to mean 'stupid', your opinion is automatically invalid

  • 1 person doesn't dance to rock n roll.

  • 1 person doesnt like rock n' roll music

  • What fucking idiots you guys are.

    The Beatles. Chuck Berry.

They both interpreted an incredible song in their own way.

And neither of them can do anything wrong!!

  • AARE YOOUU PEOPLE MOTHERFUCKING STRAIGHT UP RETARTED??? CALLING THE BEATLES AND/OR CHUCK BERRY GAY... i might aswell hunt you down in real life and kill you...

  • Chuck Berry 4ever!

  • CURSE THE BEACH BOYS FOR BUTCHERED THIS SONG!!!

  • hahahaha cool =D

  • The Beatles did a remake, this came first. They are equally good.

  • I heard the Beatles Version i think C Beery's better the Beatles scream it and it is faster this you can really hear the piano better it is smoother and cool Beatles Ok but the best version is Etta James with Chuck you can't beat that thanks.

  • I prefer the Beatles or should I say John Lennon's version - he gave the song soooo much more energy! Chuck's version (albeit the original) is bordering on a waltz!

  • this is why black people are cool ^^

  • Elvis started Rock N' Roll but Chuck Berry perfected it

  • @DGDan95 Whomever started it, Jerry Lee Lewis set it on fire. Long live The Killer.

  • i was bon in 57

  • @SuperLILSHAWTY1997 like beatles version i too, but this is not gay!!!// King of the road

  • @SuperLILSHAWTY1997 C'mon chief, without Chuck Berry there probably wouldn't have been any Beatles. This version and the Beatles version are both great.

  • @jjo818 FUCK!!! The Beatles, they like the rest of those white trash british so called bands of the 60's stole everything and i mean everthing from all the black performers from the 30' all the way to the 50's got rich off their old songs and the black performers didn't see one cent that's why i took all british albums that i had from that era and in the garbage they went...One things for sure is that they couldn't fuck with is, the Motown sound..

  • @sopaman1234 Well I wouldn't go so far to say that. Sure the Beatles covered some Chuck Berry and other black artists, but they did so with the utmost respect and it was a necessary tactic to draw attention to themselves in the era of the early 60's. To hate one generation of musicians for building on what the last has done is a bit extreme. It's like being angry at the person who designed the Sistine Chapel because he didn't build the first house.

  • @jjo818 whether you agree with me or not it's very true what the records companies did do to these artist is sad very look what happened to Arthur Crudup the orginal singer and writer of That's alright mama,My baby left me

that he recorded in 1946 and Elvis covered in 1954 Arthur didn't even see one thin dime from those and other recorings the man was sleeping ina coardboard box underneath a highway and you know thid deff. happened to other now do you think it's fair Con'td

  • @SuperLILSHAWTY1997 Fuck you bitch

  • @Charger426 No no! Beatles is not gay but this is much better then beatles version

  • This is better version, beacuse this is Chuck Berry's song.

  • @slangestorm you guys are both looking at this wrong. The Beatles were inspired by Chuck Berry so their version is a TRIBUTE to him. they are not trying to be better than him. Both groups are incredible.

  • @Charger426 Fuck u dude.The beatles aint gay.U r gay.

  • @Charger426 are you stupid? you motherfuckin idiot son of a two motherfucker bitches

  • @Charger426 i kinda agree, i could never get into the beatles, but they arent gay

  • @SuperLILSHAWTY1997 I bet ur not even black so FUCK U U WIGGER POSER go listen that faggit Justine Bieber he/she is prob. more ur speed...bitch ass wannabe black..

  • @SuperLILSHAWTY1997 If you ever say something like that about Chuck Berry ever again, I will personally kill you.

  • @SuperLILSHAWTY1997 I would LOVE to hear you say that in North St louis at 9 PM on a Friday night. You would not last 10 min.

  • /watch?v=Ea0unsTqFMM - the Yugoslavian version of this song (based on The Beatles cover of Rock And Roll music)

  • Comment removed

  • GREAT

  • Chuck pwn those punks from Liverpool

  • AC/DC is better

  • Didn’t know the song was from Chuck Berry. I like the Beatles’ version better though.

  • Pure raw Rock n Roll.

  • If you like this song check out "Little Donna" by The Rivieras. Seriously, Chuck must have been P'd when he saw that one.

  • @r4d4101 dude what are you talking about? i mean its chuck, but the beatles do it way better. a lot more energy.

  • god beach boys are such copy cats!

  • It's gotta be rock and roll music if you wanna dance with me. Couldn't agree more.

  • beatles' version it's better than this

  • I love Berry's voice but Lennon is good too. I wouldn't say there's a better version, Chucks is laid back and the Beatles version is more jumpy like a lot of their earlier stuff.

    They're all legends to me.

  • Oh hey, it's the real king of rock and roll!

  • I love both versions...you can't compare the two...it's silly to try

  • é essa versão q eu procurava xD

  • in my opinion the beatles version is better but this one is good i gues that it;s beacause the beatles version is faster

  • @GUS4BEATLES Yeah, I like the Beatles version better too because it is faster and John's more intense singing.

  • i like the beatles version better

  • how do u know that's johnny green chaseg58
