She kept her last name after she and Till divorced. Till and Khira's mother have a daughter together as well, so Till's daughter and Richard's daughter are half sisters.

Its not promoting incest at all. Just look up some of the interviews with till about this song, Rammstein hate sexual abuse just as much as any other sane person. This song is simply commenting on incest, a disgusting subject indeed, but simply ignoring a subject that is revolting doesnt make it go away. Education about evil is the best way to combat evil, and that is exactly what this song does.
