Hi Dashama! I really like your videos! I stayed up and did day 2-11 after i saw day 1 yesterday lol.. the videos were short but really helpfull. I needed a good stretch workout. Now do the videos get harder as each day goes on? or do you show us diffrent ways to stretch till we get to day 30? Again thank you for being my new yoga instructor lol

Would love it if you posted another more intermediate one on leg strength and that perhaps works some on opening the quads. I really need this as I hike and walk long distances. Shoulders, spine, hips and inner thigh, are all areas even active moderately knowledgeable people neglect. This type of yoga and the way you present it, is especially appealing for people following bushido. Awesome
Dashma I am sorry. I made a rude comment once on 1 of your videos. It was the bed yoga video. I thought it was a joke! Some hot chick rolling around, doing yoga on a bed just seemed to me to be a sexy chick just using yoga as an excuse to show off her self. It was the 1st vid I ever saw of you. Now that I have seen many more I realize that you are for real & not only that but a real class act. You deserve nothing but respect!
@jahlove111 the most effective thing to get rid of cellulite is improving your diet and sweating/burning FAT.. and improving circulation, which will occur by practicing yoga. xxoo keep up the great work!
im 17, very physically active, yet i suffer from asthma.
i watched your other breathing exercise videos and learned a lot from them.
im very strong and fast, but i still get wheezy after activity.
can u make a video or give advice to people who have asthma that wish to get stronger lungs? by the way, your great at instructing yoga, you make it fun!

@SWEETDLITE you might try supplementing with magnesium bcuz if relaxes smooth muscle. ( ie lungs) Besides, we are all decient in this very important mineral due to the use of chemical fertilizers which deplete magnesium from the soil. magnesium is also necessary for healthy bone formation & prevention of plaque build up in arteries & sooooo much more. you should up study on it & check with a nutritionist, naturopath. best of luck :)

beautiful practice, nice video. although you have beautiful hair, you should tie it back more so that it is not distractting to you or the viewer. good job :)
