Does the game run without any gamestopping freezes? i have cfw 5.00 m3-6, would it work on that without me have to switch POPs? Thanks in advance.

You need to run the game through 3.71 pops for the game to run smoothly. However there are some cutscenes that freeze and you gotta test run 3.71 - 3.90 to get through.
