Tony doesn't deserve jail. I don't know him personally or anything, but it's obvious that he's feeling very guilty about what he has done. He has to deal with knowing he killed someone. That's punishment enough. This doesn't sound good, but I actually feel kind of bad for him. Imagine having to live with that the rest of your life. I'd go insane, quite literally. :/

Mest is not exactly a 'punk' band but more of a pop punk, or a modern punk band...thats still punk however and im glad that mest got mentioned on TV...Tony is innocent and im glad he's out...but when they played jaded it just brought me to tears considering mest is my favorite band...and they're done forever....
