Nice job, I have been thinking of making a small backhoe out of my John Deere 110, Just for digging ditches and small jobs around the place. I have noticed some people say that it was slow, and to use a shovel, I wonder how many have used a shovel before?
I admire your work. I have an small excavator myself (Hanix H08B) one of the lightest available but far more sturdy than yours.I wonder how you could construct yours so lightly and still work with it without damaging the construction. Very good concept!
Hey thats a pretty cool little rig you got there! Good job, looks like fun. I sure couldn't build something like that. Anyways is that as fast as it can go? It would be alot more fun and handy if you could turn up the hydraulics a bit.
Course not ! The cylinders, engine and body valve were purchased, hydrolic pump and motor were rebuilded, boom, bucket, frame all from scratch. Now it propells itself and I made a clamp for wood, need to make an updated video. Thanks for comments and questions.
what are your sprocket size's?what is your pump rpm?what are you using for a swing bearing? i'm building a machine similar to this but a bit bigger.looking to get less than 10 rpm from mine.always looking for different idea's.
Sprocket mounted to the undercarriage that the structure would sit on and a smaller sprocket mounted to the bottom of the structure chained to the other one. To power the small sprocket attach a hyrdraulic motor on it's own circuit.

I think it is the best design I have seen. Do you have any plans in the works or anything that can help me build it? Great Job.

Looks like the video was sped up a bit so it wouldnt look so slow. Still, looks like a good fabrication job.

How many CC's is the engine? It sounds maybe like a 125CC and looks to have a 100CC Generator on the back, of course I could be wrong.
