Guilty Gear is so... so animalistic, unlike any fighter I've played before, giving it an intense speed and frantic, instinctive feel. BlazBlue is more about elegance imo, and requires patience if you want to move quickly, which is also amazing.

Never ask me to say which is better, that would be cruel.

I find it fun that I listen to the Blazblue OST and, while it's awesome (DAISUKE shit), it feels like "just music for a videogame".

Not only the rhythm, not only the instruments... When those sudden high parts came I was in complete rapture. Alongside with White Requiem, I think this and it are my favorites of Daisukes works. It's hard to tell, he has way too much skill to make these so epic.

Erm...I highly doubt Daisuke even cared about the child-friendliness factor in Guilty Gear. (See Bridget, I-No, the actual plot of the game, etc.) I think the real reason was, since Queen is both Daisuke and Sol's favorite band, that he was named Sol Badguy after Freddie Mercury, whose nickname was "Mr. Badguy".
