  • @valevalard

Turn up your volume bro. Sounds fine on my comp :)

  • thanx will!something i would like you to cover is glucosamine and chondroitine products..do they help?i have some issues and i would appreciate your help

  • @johnchatz I've tried several glucosamine / chondroitin products, and have found only one that, at least based on my subjective evaluation, seems to help diminish pain (though not eliminate it, at least for me). If you'd like the brand name, just PM me; you can buy it direct from the manufacturer over the web.

  • @Tigerpaws9097826

I'm unclear what that has to do with Glutamine....

  • @willbrink Apologies, Will. My post admittedly wasn't relevant to your topic (glutamine), but I was trying to be of help to johnchatz, who asked a question about glucosamine / chondroitin products in this forum. Sorry for getting off-topic, if the discussion went too far astray.

  • thanks for the review very usefull

  • very useful

  • Great video Will. If an athlete is not training at a level that takes you to the brink of overtraining then there is no sense in taking it. Most recreational bodybuilders can certainly do without it. I found it extremely useful during contest prep, when I was taking my recovery capability to its limits.
