Dulé Hill had the best roll in the West wing. The roll went from; Personal Aide to the President to Deputy Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff. All because he walk in to the wrong office.
Damn, I hadn't realized that this scene was on the 20 hours in America episode also, that episode had one amazing scene after another. I can't think of any show on TV now that's this good.
I love the character Charlie in TWW. Dule Hill played him great. I saw him on Rosie O'Donnell's talk show once (if I remember correctly she visited TWW set) and he's also very good at soft shoe dancing. I'm impressed he is so talented at such a young age.
I think Charlie is the only character that consistently grew realistically in knowledge and confidence and experience throughout the show, until, by the end, he was just below where Sam was in season 1. All the other characters got derailed and jerked around pretty badly, but good ol' Charlie...can't touch him.
@grumpytosnowwhite Derailed. That sums it up. But I was so glad that insuffrable, sanctimonious Sam Seaborn left the show. Whenever he talked about steamrolling the right to bear arms, especially with Ainsley Hayes, his mouth was set in a tight, prissy little moue that made me want to lop off his head with a baseball bat...like that mailbox game.
@grumpytosnowwhite ??? Huh? What's the right audience. You LIKED SAM??? He was okay in some spots but for the most part, Josh Molina has so MUCH more character as an actor.
I'm not crazy about the "hon" rubric, either, fyi. It's patronizing.
@tobiojo10 There sure weren't people like this in the monkeys administration. God how I despised that piece of shit. The most worthless, disrespectful, self-satisfied ASSHOLE to ever serve as president. Colin Powell was the only decent one, resigning. And those traitors left behind MOCKED him.
@Scotspikeman He's co-lead on Psych. Not support, not backup. If he left, the show would be over; it's about the two friends equally. So, yeah, he's the lead as much as anyone there.
He's working at Dairy queen now. Out of all the characters who've appeared on the show, of course they'd use a black when it comes to disrespecting someone.

it's difficult to believe he was in "She's All That" with Freddie Prinze, Jr and Rachel Leigh Cook as a bit character!!!

He's great on Psych - but Charlie Young was an incredible character, brought to life impeccably by Dulé Hill.

@sevenonpaper1 Um....ooooookaaaaaayyyy....you're *clearly* not the right audience for this show, hon.
Also, weren't there only a handful of episodes left in the fourth season (the last season worth a damn) after Sam's departure?

@njgruber More accurately, he's criminally underused in Psych having more talent than the rest of the cast.
