I am a buffalo chicken lover....but always felt so guilty for eating the super fatty deep Fried and skinned original ....now I see this light alternative and loved this recipe, and I will try it out soon.

hi there, my wife always cooks like this with the different type of pan. you said "non-sticky-pan", my wife maybe using "sticky" pan. And what could be the different between that?

I LOVE buffalo sauce. I seriosly think it's becoming a problem. Haha! No, not really. That look awesome. It reminds me of the buffalo salad I make from Ellie Krieger's cookbook.
