how do you apply the top coat with out smudging the design ?

sometimes i wait at least 24 hours and even then it still smudges ! :-(

@nailbiter64 well just any nail polish, like whatever colour i fancy wearing or sometimes i do nail art.

but i differ between two types, ones a proper nail art top coat, which still smudges and anothers just collection 2000..

I did it! I wasn't sure how my right hand would come out but it was pretty easy to do. The only thing I did different was just a heart in the middle of the strip with an X on either side.
