@Clayful1000 Yep mine's jailbroke on the 3.1.2 firmware. I used blackra1n though. It was literally the easiest thing I've ever uploaded onto my iPod. Just download blackra1n.exe, install it, open it up, and click that one button and BOOM your iPod is jailbroken :). And of course, have your iPod plugged in through a USB.
