My sister’s the wife of a politician- a man who’s actually gay. She functions purely as a ‘beard’ to mask his homosexuality- his party is very anti-gay rights.
When I ask her how she copes with living a lie, she just casually dismisses it & says she enjoys the money (his wealth from business interests). One night (when drunk) she told me she gets sexually ‘serviced’ by his bodyguards 3 or 4 times a week. Dunno, guess it’s her business, but sometimes I want to speak out about the hypocrisy.

Now, I'm no where near being Obama's number one fan. But this right here, where he has listed the progress made, his hopes for a still better future, reminds me why I decided to stop letting others tell me who and what to believe and why I always had some small hope Obama would be elected.
