Look at the video in which Sheikh Hisham is also taking the permission of zikr-e-qalb from Syedna Riaz Ahmed Gohar Shahi. Zikr-e-qalb is last stage of zikr, which used to be found with great difficultly in ancient times.
And in this end times Ism-e-zaat "Allah" is with only Syedna Riaz Ahmed Gohar Shahi.

@imad479 Yes, He do fulfill the signs according to hadith which are authentic. There is strong interpolation in the hadith, due to which there is contradiction between hadith.
