Thanks for the tutorial on the Expression 2, it has help me understand the machine better. Still having a problem with the firmware updates for the gypsy. get a message (device not connectd...) I will try again tomorrow since I spent most of the day trying to get it to work.. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.

I too agree with Teri. Your videos have made a world of difference for me. I couldn't even figure out to adjust the size. You do have the best videos out there.

Christina - Thank you so much for doing these Video's just got my E2, however, been watching your Video's which where a great deal of help,since there is no DVD W/machine.I also had trouble updating my Gypsy, call'd Cust Serv at Provo Craft and they are trying to get it figured out, it's not happen to all Gypsy that are being updated. Mine just won't do the Cricut Imagine Content or Application, just stops there, it did update the Firmware & Cartridge updates so it will work with the E2.Cheryl

Thank you so much for the series C, Listen is that new feature on the gypsy only for the new E2 users? I updated my gypsy yesterday and I didn't see the uodate on the gypsy.

I agree with Teri, Provo needs new representatives, You rock the E2 series, I don't own one but after watching your videos I would want one.

Thanks for the great videos Christina. Question for you. I noticed the light wasn't on during the cut process and I've read others have this issue as well when cutting with Gypsy. Do you know why this is?
