reverse tick squeezing is activating near the very end of a sustain to get as many hold points possible under star power, while still hitting the squeeze at the end of that activation. for example, you could activate at the very end of the RY chord at 1:21 for a few extra points, but it would be hard to do so while still hitting the GB chord under star power at the end of that activation. AAG has easy normal squeezes, but hard tick squeezes
