@SatanistTV But you cant judge who is stronger just by armwrestling. Someone with better technique can beat someone who is stronger (Magnus vs. Nathan Jones). I've seen Kane struggle to military press guys who are around 220. Kane may have pretty good upper body strength, but I think he lacks in leg strength. Foley said he seen Kane bench 405lbs for 10 reps. When Lesnar was training for the NFL, he was benching SETS of 405 for 8 reps & squatting 860lbs. Kane couldnt squat anywhere near that

Henry's max on the bench is 585; didn't concentrate too much on the bench press. And his best deadlift was 935lbs in '96 & squatted 953lbs back in '95.

@gokulrockzzz I've read the article too, but armwrestling is deceiving. Armwrestling in itself can not justify who is stronger because a person with better technique can beat someone who is stronger. Armwrestling only requires a few muscles. And it seems Lesnar made a judgement due to a simple armwrestling match, which is common. Overall, Lesnar is stronger. I dont see Kane having the leg, back, shoulder, or core strength of Lesnar. Chest & arm strength are probably pretty close between the two.
This is really not that impressive. It would have been more impressive if he struggled to do it and conquered it, but kane just slammed show with ease. It looked routine. Like a major league pitcher throwing 90 mph.

@gokulrockzzz I've read the article too, but armwrestling is deceiving. Armwrestling in itself can not justify who is stronger because a person with better technique can beat someone who is stronger. Armwrestling only requires a few muscles. And it seems Lesnar made a judgement due to a simple armwrestling match, which is common. Overall, Lesnar is stronger. I dont see Kane having the leg, back, shoulder, or core strength of Lesnar. Chest & arm strength are probably pretty close between the two.

@rijveemezbahuddin A body slam is performed primarily by the one being slammed. He holds him self up pushing on his opponent after hopping into his arms. The one slamming just guides him. Andre in his older years could not help much as with some heavier wrestlers... Take 450lb Vader is athletic enough that "average" sized wrestlers can slam him where as King Kong Bundy at 440lbs they would not have a chance due to his lack of ability to hold his weight.

Wrestlers CHOREOGRAPH their moves and bumps BEFORE the actual match takes place, the SCRIPT is done by the bookers/writers who determine the time limit, end result and high spots. The wrestlers are the ones that do the PSYCHOLOGY...the rest holds, the drops kicks, the suplexes, etc. Steamboat and Macho had the match that they did because of THEIR talent...not some script writer.
