Lui I started your 4 month killerbody plan around 2 weeks ago. Recently I noticed that I have very dry skin all over my body. Could this be because I'm not getting all the nutrients I need from my diet?
I'm on fuing fire today lui :D fuing rage of the gods!!! Finished my bi-triceps workout in 30 minutes (usually takes me 60 min), showered, went for a drink(coffee), went back home and did a 60 minutes on the boxing bag...AND I STILL FELL LIKE I COULD FK THE WORLD!
Food intake: 500 grams of chicken, for lunch and 2 eggs for breakfast!
I've had depressesion for the past few years and it got worse since I got into college. I feel numb and the only thing that gives me some kind of good feeling is eating lots and by lots i mean up to 3000 cals at once. any advice man?
@Gracehitlery Depression is serious, and craving carbs or over-eating is a symptom of depression. If you are saying that your feelings of depression are getting worse and you feel 'numb' my advice is to go to your campus counseling center or see a physician.

Lui just a small advise, and please excuse me for that! Train a bit more your brachilais! You have a perfect definition of your biceps, but you have to bring your biceps closer to your elbow part! If I am not right accoridng to you, just forget about that... :) :)
lui ever had any injuries set you back on your lifting? I'm having a issue now where the tendon between my shoulder and bicep on the side of my arm is causing severe pain when I bench or do any shoulder exercises.. been weeks now and it still hurts to lift.. depressing me and de-motivating me from wanting to work out. should I pop some aspirin and try to work through it or go to a doctor?
@ruin3r IMO reduce the weight until the pain goes away. If you get to half the weight and the pain is still there, switch to other exercises. Check your form, water intake, sleep schedule, etc. Put creme like Traumeel on area and maybe get acupuncture on shoulder. Try to work AROUND not through injury or weeks may become years. This is especially true as you age. IMO
Hey Luimarco, I really really need some help man. My dad used to be a professional bodybuilder (natural) and he tells me that you absolutely need to bulk in order to gain muscle, he was 225 5'9, and 8% bodyfat and he tells me to use 4-8 rep range and get a 100-200 calorie surplus in order to build muscle. I am 15, 5"6, 130 pounds, 5.9% bodyfat. What is your approach on this? Keep up the good vids and thank you once again my friend.
