The girl who sings this is really good, but Jill has the depth and fullness and soul needed to sing this song. The girl from Glee seems to be mimicing Jill but Jill has a mental picture of some choice people she is singing directly to. If you are not into soulful singing, you would probably enjoy Glee's version better because it's just a little bland, less emotion and nice whereas you can feel Jill in yo face doggin you out. lol...
