Odd. Tournament Tower is shown as a Red Zone map in this vid, but in the actual game, it's a Blue Zone map.

Also, the Command Stick scheme could have used a bit more bug testing. A couple of commands don't work properly. Still, it works pretty well.

I got C&C tiberium wars on the 360, it sucked, BFME 2, it sucked, and wehn i play games like the original C&C or warcraft 2 on the pc, i actually think "FUCK THE 360 AND PS3 FOR RTS'S, I PREFER THEM ON THE GOOD OLD PC" cause FPS'S like killzone 2 and fallout 3 are built 4 the ps3 and 360 not RTS'S

I got the exact same games for 360, and was also disappointed and frustrated with them. RTS games on console feel like a big massfest that just turns into a tug of war, especially on BFME2, just send units and keep sending until the enemy is beaten back so you can attack his base. Now I just play Tiberian sun, a little Red Alert 2, WC2, and the first two Age of Empires and despite the graphics I enjoy them all much more.

That's what I said but actually you get used quiet fast to the Controller-Feeling. I got me Halo Wars for the 360 and it's quiet nice to play.

I remember playing Red Alert 2 on the Playstation 1.. needless to say, we've come a long way. It's just so much easier to play an RTS on the computer versus and RTS on a console of any kind.. regardless of how easy you make it.

i agree 100%. BUT for a controller rts, this game was really easy and simple. I love this game on xbox and my computer sucks so i cant get it =[. like i said im not a fan of console rts's, however this game made it really simple. and maybe theyll invent a way to use the 360 keyboard to play command and conquer games, itll fail EPICLY, but it would be nice to see it lol

console will never have the type of graphics as pc. immagine moving a cursor around a screen with a single joystick vs having a mouse and a keyboard that provides you with over 50 shortcuts and commands. not to mention people on pc also do 3 monitors as well as sometimes dual mouses... baisically what i am trying to say is if you really want to play rts dont get a console

you have buy games for the pc you have to buy a mouse/keypad and if it breaks/virus you have to wipe it for around 50$ and if something melts (ect) it can cost a few hundred. if you play the xbox with the sound on you wont notice the sound it makes. so both have their cons and pros.

Let's not get into the accessory war here as I know for a fact it won't end good, simply let's put it this way - you like the comfort of a console, and me? lol wow. Consoles are actually the cheaper ones. Computers not only cost way more than consoles, but if you want to continually play good games you have to upgrade your system with new gfx cards and the like.

Consoles are much cheaper than computers, I just can't play an FPS with a controller. It's so much more sensitive and simple with a mouse.

Besides, let me see you go a whole year with out a computer and only a console.

Command & Conquer has been my favorite game since i first played it at an internet cafe with mt friends.I eventually bought it and the expansion kane's wrath when it got released.Then i got an 360 and was browsing the download list and noticed cnc demo.I tested it but strategi games for consoles just dosnt work.

Yes, they never work. Mouse is the closest thing you get that translate motor function of your brain to command in the computer (of course b/w brain and PC lies your hand, eyes, mouse).

Controller isn't for RTS, unless they make keyboard+mouse or at least mouse for console.

It's kinda sad to see that people don't care about the game and the story as much as they do about who stole what and who invented which first, and that command stick interface was inevitable, someone was gonna make it at some point or another.

I haven't seen anybody talk about AVP Extinction which was the first RTS game on a console which had the reticule in the middle of the screen, Halo Wars, BFME2, and C&C3 aren't the first. Each of these games have commonalities, not stolen ideas.
