hey, im 21, im 201 cms tall, ive been going to gym for a month and my membership is finished, im currently working out at home and im on a diet, ive stuck with it since, ive lost 10kgs in just a month, woow i know... i used to be 155kgs now im 145kgs, but what im trying to achieve is getting bulky n cut up, not sure if i should keep doing weights im starting to go for runs, but im still confused.
@aburningflame2 forgot to mention. your calorie deficit should be between 500-1000 calories burnt and males should always be above 1500 minimum calories eaten per day and females should always be above 1200 minimum calories eaten per day. so if you burn 2800calories in the day, eat 1800 calories. Get it? If you burn 2400 calories, eat 1500 (your a guy so you have to eat at LEAST 1500 ) . Eat any less of this and your body will start using burning muscle instead of fat.
Vince if i do part 1 and 2 of your videos 1 min each exercise (total 8 min) everyday would that be enough to burn lower ab fat and love handles or must i do long boring cardio to??
@Joe201525 It helps he did sy muscle causes automatic fat burn nd this is helping Im 15 boy >:P by the time as next year january ill be like..some slim guy or something WORK THOSE ABS :) gonna stop eatting too
@BrokenLimits100 just eay less, making yourse;f hungry lowers your metabolism, and makes you burn calories slower. Just eat smaller portions and spread them out during tthe day.
@Joshuavmeer dead wrong. dont eat less. look at BMR/RMR and calorie deficits. A male working out 3-5 days a week on average will be eating about 2400+ calories a day. I lost 40lbs in about 3-4months and I was eating 2400-2800 calories a day. (thats a ton of food)...estimate your calories for the day and do a calorie deficit
yes it helps you get a six pack you just have to burn fat its that easy it took me a while to understand all those endless crunches no point well they do make your abs bigger but they dont show unless you lose fat even the smallest bit of fat stops it seeing your abs
I really like Vince ! He's so helpful and inspiring. I'm going to school for Fitness and Nutrition, almost like Vince. :) Super exctied. These Videos are great, and even if you can't do as much as he's doing, remember to take a time in building your time up. If you are overweight and want this, you have to be careful, don't hurt yourself and take breaks when needed. Try to build yourself to be able to go on with the workouts without stopping.! look at randy coutures circuit training on here. hes basically doing that except couture uses the barbell.

basically push ups twice a week, some pull ups. and cardio.
dont listen to the idiots who tell you to lift weights at your age. once your body matures ten you can right now you should NOT!
