Recycling in chicago is a utter joke! The only one's 'allowed' to make money on it are the powers that be. Guess who that is? And they want 'you' to hull it in for them so they don't have to. That's why there's only a tiny % of the city that recycles. But people want something in return. There are so many jobs that can be created in this city, regarding recycling. Chicago could be recycler capital of the world, if the politicians woke up and saw the potentials.
