@Sp3cialL for a factory reset.....remove battery wait a few seconds, the reinsert battery, press and hold volume down, the briefly press the power button. wait for the Andriod images to appear the release the volume down button, press volume down to select factory reset. then press the power button.

@Sp3cialL when doing this check that you have the option for *clear storage* first as this way you will keep any saved images but still lose your contacts stored in the phone i'm afraid.

my (friend) used my fone and did the pass wrong 15 times.... and i couldn't remember my google sign in because it was ages ago. this was heaps annoying coz i couldent use my fone for like 2 days. until l i saw this vid! cheers man :)
