This man is so full of it it makes me sick. Like Riddley said the new powers enable the president to jail a USA citizen for nearly any reason. This is a very bad idea which should be repelled ASAP.
@TheHossUSMC After reading your comment I did some research because I have never used them. I was surprised to read how easy it would/has been to hack and move coins to another account. The fact that the software is open source was the first red flag for me.
@TheHossUSMC They can still be tracked by government at the point where they are converted back to US dollars. Since they are electronic they have to move through the system something that the government can track and control if want be. While in bitcoin form may be able to evade decryption but what good is it if it has to stay in bitcoin form? The value is not set, wtf! If the system collapses electricity won't be available and the worsening economy will crimp computer ownership.
They made the wording regarding whether a citizen can or must be detained deliberately confusing in order to provide fatheads like Guinta plausible deniability
@anphernie Agreed. It's intentionally done so they can interpret it how they want. However, it does state that American citizens and members of the Armed Forces can not be considered an "individual detained at Guantanamo". Not sure if that means they are called something else or that they can't be detained there.
DAVE ....PART .040 seconds the traitor said that the bill doesn't state that the president can lock us up...you should have plainly stop him and put him into check mode right than and there ...section 1051 does state it very plainly
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH DAVE , boy oh boy , do I need to take a drive to your state bro and teach you how to confront these traitors and put them in check mode? this is your 2nd video you haven't done any good questioning bro!!!
@Dewdaahman it is in the clause fallowing the one that make indefinte detention of "terrorist", we all know how broad the governments definition is for that word, mandatory. It says that the mandatory rule does not apply to American citizens but does not restrict indefinate detention. Oh yeah and the military is going to be preforming these detentions. Its sec. 300 something go through the table of contenets you will find it.
@CogInAVice thx, man.. we all know what a terrorist is, we need look no further than Webster's Dictionary 1828, and I quote " ".. oops, there was nothing there.. the word "terrorist" did not become a word until, I looked but can't find it.. they confuse words to their own end.. terror = extreme fear.. ist = someone who believes in and promotes certain principles and beliefs.. together it's someone usin' extreme fear to promote their beliefs.. that's not us, that's our leaders..
@Dewdaahman they're usin' fear/terror on us.. "we're gonna come get cha, we're gonna detain ya forever.." my answer to them..? don't toy with my Laws, nor my language.. follow the Constitution or get out of the seat of governance..
@Dewdaahman Right on man. That would be the common sense definition. When was the those in DC had much common sense. I was eluding to the government keeping thier definition broad so they can saddle anyone they what to sway public oppion against with the title.
@Dewdaahman H.R. 1540 (NDAA) uses the phrase "continued detention", not "indefinite". Nor am I aware of it specifically stating that "Americans" also fall into this category. This issue is that it says "anyone" suspected of terrorism. It's an intentionally extremely wordy and vague document (920 pages), so you almost have to be a lawyer to interpret it. And some say it's left that way, so the gov can interpret it how they see fit.

we all know the government is making plans to regulate the web.
I feel sorry for anyone dumb enough to put real ...fake money into another fake money scheme.
gold/silver/nickel/copper is the only real money out there, and it doesn't go poof if the power grid goes down, or the internet goes black.

He's a traitor to the Constitution and he should be tried for it, just like everyone else who has their hand in it.

Legal scholars say he's wrong. That leaves us to wonder, "is he lying to us or merely incompetent?"
