@bcarnagie33 maybe it's because she hadnt kissed "clark" since season 6, where as when she kissed him in Hydro, she was frequently kissing Olie so she knew how he kissed. But Clark was just the one time and she never had suspected clark was green arrow anyway.

I've been watching Smallville since the beginning and I remember the Clark and Lana thing. Clark with Lana was a school boy crush, seriously. He followed her around like a love sick puppy. With Lana, he acted like a boy. With Lois, he is more of a man. He is more agressive and more sure himself which makes him more sexier now then ever. It's like two different Clarks when you watch the beginning of Smallville and now. He had to man it up a bit for Lois. She's not into boys...lol.
