Okay, so maybe it's not a clawhammer part. Either way, I haven't ever really seen anyone play in this style; he's strumming with the nails of some fingers, plucking strings with others, and thumb picking the bass line. He's like some kind of modern twenty-something Son House. Ridiculous.

We produced this show in Saratoga Springs... I offered him 6 US dates, two of my own--which brought him ti USA for 1st time, This was the 2nd one; the 1st was earlier that day in Albany. Over 100 degrees;when we got to the P-Glass, he was spent. But he came to life @ showtime...My biggest regrets was l not getting my usual soundboard mix....Great set. I think there are 500 people now claiming they were there that night. Funny, but I only counted about 100!
