@pdkrlzz no, you'll want a quad or better...i use to own a e8400 and had it oced to 4.2 ghz and i have played this game on it before. Then i moved to the Q9650 and oced it to 4 ghz and noticed a 10-15 min fps increase after upgrading. Your best bet is to get a HD 4780, HD 5870, or GTX 400 along with at least 4 gb of ram min and a hex-core cpu (6 core). This game is very CPU limited which means the more cpu power you have the better your frame rate.
