I dont think its that bad mate. As a producer keep going at it mate. Agree with ZOMGJIGGLES though. Make it more like MT Eden - Sierra Leone and have a mad bit after it ... Another one to look at would be Modestep - Exile mate. Something similar would fit it better imo

I'll try to be constructive, despite the lack of it in the comments thus far. I like what's going on in the verses, it has a cool vibe to it and your sounds are nicely done. I don't really feel you need to include a drop though. If you maybe just added some ambient, chilled out, deeper semi-wobbly bass to what was already going on, it would have complimented the original track more and probably would have been more harmonious. But that's just me. Regardless, nice remix, cool sounds, good vibes.
