@XsonnybX i just use the normal brush. touch the tip of the brush on ur nails and u will get the dots!

You can get a dotting pen on amazon for a little over 6 dollars. It has a big dot on one side and a smaller dot on the other.

You can use a toothpick, but soak it in the nail polish for a little while to get bigger dots. You can also use the tip of a pen that is no longer working, or a bobby pin. =)
