Yes, its a sopranino all right. The final pitch is written E above middle C, sounding a third higher. And as you can see by watching carefully, its played with all 3 fingers down on the left hand and two on the right.

I played this size instrument for a very brief time when a friend brought it to a band rehearsa several years agol. Highest sax I have ever been in the presence of. Very rewarding sound once you put in the work.
