actually in some parts of korea they do. My business ed teacher use to be in military service. He went to Korea and thought he was having chicken, but then the vendor told him a korean word he didn't understand. another man came up and told him it meant dog and that he was eating dog meat.people only get offended by it because dogs are cute but in some cultures they cherish the Cow, yet the first thing we think when we see it is to eat it.
