@taximan55 the ax is a hollow body aluminum , with the f holes covered over with duct tape. one more oddity, this ax has abuilt in FUZZBOX. If you look closely you can see the switch. I took out the guts of my DOD distortion pedal, then dug out a cavity in my Explorer, and cramed in the guts , I drilled holes in front of the front v nob and ran the level, gain and on off controls. PRETTY COOL!  to have all that at my fingertips. I also maderoom for 9v. bat. I have 9 to retrofit=mony

Saw them last night at Caesars Windsor (8/29/09) and was I glad they played Inside looking Out, my favorite from Grand Funk Live. First time i've seen them live, I was too young in 70-72. They did a great job, Mel gave the best best bass performance I've heard in a concert in years. Don was clearly the outgoing leader and did a good job. The singer was adequate and the guitarist did a good job (learned Mark's cords well). Good, hard driving, no frills hard rock.

My information about this video is that it's not from November '69, but from mid May 1970 (maybe 15). Most probably, they played at least one more song (Into The Sun) that day at the Hershey studios, that I think it was scheduled to be included in the Red remastered cd as a bonus track, something that never happened...

If someone has more info about it, please, let us know...
