I dominated X, X2 and X3 on the snes. I could speedrun, win with less gear, etc. These days, I can't rock a game that hard and still have fun with it, and most games are too many button combos or just lose interest after a few stages. I still play X through X3, and I find new ways to beat it, and have fun with it every time.

Awesome! just Awesome! I beat this game when I was 2 and a half years old. Though th controller had an automatic shoot on it. I remember my mom taking the game away from me till I was six because everytime I wanted X to shoot, I said "Shoot". She didn't like that to much.This is my favorite game of all time. It makes me cry everytime i hear this music.

@Rama1118 Yeah, I played it back in the day on my SNES, and when this came out on the PS2 I picked it up. That plus a new TV tuner card resulted in the video you see.

@Rama1118 Yeah I used to play this all the time as a little kid, but never beat it until one day in 6th grade when I got a new snes controller and hammered the thing X4 was actually my favorite, but megaman x and megaman x3 had the best music by far

@Rama1118 yeah back in the early/mid 90s it seems that when beating most megaman games, it didn't reset back to the title screen unless you pressed reset on the screen saying "Presented by CAPCOM", with the exceptions of MM1, MM2, and MM6 on NES.

Heh, man old times... one thing I really didnt like was the name changes from the Jap to English. I mean in the jap version 'Chill Penguin' is called Icy Penguino... sounded more like a name, rather than some silly description. Cant remember the others names unfortunatly.

I played the japaness version first on one of those hard drive emulators you could plug into your SNES at a friends house those were the days.

@MaverickLoneshark I have to agree...I don't understand the music choice in that game for one...I mean...you can't take megaman X seriously with "j-pop remixing whatever" as the music tracks. Megaman is rock n roll - Heavy metal...and the snes version points this out clearly.
