When comes to what I got , the dragonstomper came from the sanctuary chest and the swinging sword came from the 50 silver key chest at the castle.

@septem245 You should start with buying houses in Brightwall and putting Highest rent pay but remember to keep your tenants happy and after a while you should buy properties like clothing stores and pawnbrokers and when you have like 200k + buy the houses in Millfields and with max rent you make like 17kish from just 1 house
