Dude! Thank you so much!!! My Xbox busted so I only have my ps3 and I've been itching to get back at this game for so long but I was pissed that the PS3 version didn't have the duplication cheat that the Xbox has and now I can play it on my PS3 without having to carry a bunch of shit to sell!!! Your a life saver!!! By life I mean my gaming life :p

you can make a wand of paralasys by doing the mages guild quest

i believe its called the "mages staff" no skill requirements all you need is the arcane

university access

its a good staff for escaping guards because it will create great distance

i think maybe it's with the game of the year edition, i have the same version and it does that for me too. but maybe try a different star sign, i had only tried with the atrinoch (or how ever you pronounce) but it might work with another star sign. But my guess is that it only works with the other version of oblivion. oh well
