The MWN is not an agency in itself. It is a social platform for artists and creators who are in, or trying to get in to, the modeling profession. The MWN is owned by ModelWire (also not an agency) who provides software solutions for top-name agencies. So if you are non-repped and want to be scouted by real, legit agencies, you can sign up through the MWN and your profile can be seen by those agencies through the MW interface.
