Yeah, the tank design definitely denoted the 3.5gpf variety Cadets. But then a change in bowl's 'mouth' design happened in the mid 80s. It got 'shorter' instead of the 'long' variety you see here.
I used to sniff coke in a motel that had these kind of toilets great big lines on the lid, and just the other day i heard one of these things flush and it almost made me cry. Remembering back to the winter of '87 sittin' in that motel room getting high

yeah it does have a good flush...maybe I should be posting more cadets, I see them all the time but I don't video them because they are so common.

we have those in the hotel I work at ....the toilet is a model 4083.........they flush pretty damn well

This example of Cadet appears to be a 1981 to 1984 model going by the tank design. How high does the bowl stand up from the floor?

I am not sure, but it was in a disabled stall so the toilet was higher off the ground than normal.
