what i dont like about chinese films and is that they always try to have some like crazy comedy part that throws off the seriousness of the film...i guess its also pretty werid too so i dont know if its bad or good.
@thefriendsociety I think that's exactly what people like John Woo are trying to do....a romantic, sometimes phunny serious philm...who else can mix it up like that and make such good philms.
@TimerbombMan Well it's not a Hollywood Happy-End movie. The ending was perfect for the dramatic style of the movie. Ringo Lam is not a copy of John Woo, he has his own great style. There are other great movies in the "on fire" series, like Prison on Fire and School on Fire. check them out ;-)
That was a Taiwanese actor I saw there.

Awesome quality! Good movie but i expected more action scenes and a better ending
