  • you really look great, but try eating more protein to your diet to feed your muscles. Try adding 6 egg whites along with 8 oz of boneless skinless chicken a day plus vege=ies you will see a big difference. YOU HAVE TWO FEED YOUR MUSCLES

  • I agree with the andreaseus guy. Weight loss products are unregulated and usually are just caffeine + some herbs that haven't been clinically tested completely. You're better off with a protein supplement to make sure you're muscles are getting enough nutrients to grow. That weight loss crap is probably just causing you to burn muscle along with the fat. Remember, you're body is still growing through your early 20's so a multivitamin might not be a bad idea either.

  • love your motivation man.. if i were you I would eat more calories and protien. i dont know what your goal is but if i had your body that would be my goal.. you look lean as hell with like damn near no fat at all.. only think left to do is to start building those muscles up now. carbs can be our friends. fat is needed in the body. way to go man. stay motivated and keep going hard.

  • Your definitely getting ripped and your still young so adding muscle while staying lean is a good goal. Alot of weight lifters do add fat while adding muscle and it is hard to lose it afterwards.

  • P90x is a big fat burning, cutting program. I believe you need to gain weight and then cut it. So maybe focus on gaining weight and then using p90x later to cut you down.

    I know several guys that are 75lbs overweight that can run freaking marathons. It's not how heavy you are but how strong your heart is for running.

  • hey bro just some advice, i dont know if u know about this or not but try N.O. Explode as a pre workout energy boost and whey protein after to really boost your results. Your skinny as i can tell but ripped as well. You would get huge using this. You might want to research creatine to boost your ATP and workout efficiency as well.   • Well have you noticed anything with N.O.Xplode? I didn't notice anything, aside from the fact that I had an upset stomach. Maybe it only works on guys, or it's just a mental thing. N.O.Xplode also states that it's Aspartame free, but the ingredients say Splenda! lolAnd Splend is a sucralose, which is an artificial sweetener. And what is aspartame? An artificial sweetener! Well if it works for you, great! Keep bringin it!

  • NO xplode gave me some incredible unreal pumps, it was so magic....its not mentally, its happening under your eyes, then my muscles felt hard for days days.. the product start losing effecticness after 1 month and a half. you get almost no more pumps. I wish there was a product that will keep having same effect as the first time you feel the NO EXPLODE.for ever

  • I wouldn't suggest using any type of supplements. It just takes hard work and time. With all supplements there's a risk of some type of side effect seeing as they haven't been regulated yet (though they have started to in the US finally). I'm always glad to see someone trying to be healthy and better themselves overall. I keep myself motivated through past experiences in my life and through the inspiration of others. Which is the reason I made the video I did. Check it out if you have the chance

  • yea tyvm :) im working hard.. and this last phase i really gotta bring ir.. i rememebr our convo we had about making p90x work for me with doubles.. so i decided to run and also try kenpo as a replacement.. and for this last month.. since i got 34 days left.. by the time i order it i will have it for the 28 days supply that it comes with for the last 28 days which will allow me to utilize it to basically optimize the results.
