I can't remember the manufacturer. I took the video about a year ago at the World Ag show in Tulare, California. It was reaaly a cool machine, kind of surreal. You can't see the video screen behind the cow that shows an infrared view of the udder that the robot reads to locate each teat.
It is definitely a robot cow milker. It comes with an infrared camera that views the udder and identifies each teat, then milks them. They train the cow by taping a football to a stick and poking it between its legs. The cow gets used to it. I'm not making this up.
Let's see this thing on a real cow that doesn't stand perfectly still.

Have you ever seen the DeLaval VMS? It's an amazing robotic milker. There's a video on here for it.
