I love this game. I hope RARE makes a remake/sequel/something similar to this at some point. Its my fave 3rd person shooter. I originally rented it from blockbuster but went on to buy it from Funcoland (now called Gamestop). EPIC SOUNDTRACK.

JFG is way way underrated, dunno which big franchise took the public attention when it was released... the brilliant singeplayer super-long campaign... the extremely complete multiplayers mode... I cant believe it was not THE big hit of the decade on console :x

Fuck this was a good game! How good was it once you got those three pieces to make that flying robot dude that chills with you and you could play cooperative with him. Seriously N64 was the greatest console of all time.

i got it around the age of 16 and its not a bad game. i think it needed it a little bit more of exposure. probably one of the best shooters on the n64. and yes its a little fucking hard but nothing impossible only remember dying like 10 times with the final boss.

Such an underrated game. I remember dying on the last boss years ago and never bothering to complete the game. Then I went through the whole game a few months ago and completed it. Collecting those ship parts and saving all the tribals took up 3/4 of the game.

i can understand if its cause you were a kid but when i played it (age 11)i didn't have too much trouble searching.the game was fun enough with all the action.i also heard the bosses were hard to the point that the game had some rage quitters,i only lost to final mizar more than three times.he was hard actually i think i lost like 40 times,man i sucked.

i want to buy this game again.i lost my last copy but hell if I'm just gonna forget this game.

I know what you mean. Those tribals were the worst to find. I'd encourage you to try it again, though now that you're older. That's how I ended up beating it (and it was totally worth it).
