In hockey, at least as I've always seen it, when the players go to the ice the fight is over. By technicality Ozzy wins the fight. Roy was off balance long before the boards knocked him over, and Ozzy was clearly not letting him go. This is of course all after taking like twenty right hooks to the face. Roy dominates in punches, he's a beast, but Ozzy wins the fight.

Also, like someone else said, in a real fight once you're down like that, you can really get hurt. At least he didn't turtle :)

That said, I'd call it a draw. And pretty impressive scrapping by both. Roy totally wants it, and sets it up for Osgood by the diversion in the scrum. Osgood tosses his helmet off too and throws down. Good punches by both. Totally awesome!
