Side tracking a bit. Always wanted to know how Norton pumped up to get in shape for this movie to this extent, but looses the muscle totally hereafter as if he never worked out before. High protein diet & tight schedule for body building or just steroids? But how do you just loose the muscle and the body shape? Is that possible?

You did a great job with this video.

Such powerful message in this movie.

I felt so bad for Derek. He lost 3 years of his life in prison as a result of the hate that in a way was planted in him by the murder of his father. He was ready to make a clean new start but in the end his past came back to strike with an even greater loss - his brother's life. It makes you wonder how many people out there have a similar story.
