I think it's actually a bug that they left in as it kinda looked funny.

@RorytheRetrokid How many frames of animation are on screen per second. you need at least 24 per second for convincing animation, but essentially, the more frames per second, the smoother the animation.

Hence why Duckula looks so slow and jerky as it has a really low frame rate.

I saw the whole of the new top 10 as well (once) In fact I used the same laptop to watch it again & that had the same problem by stopping at number 7. I think they're trying to sort out those problems for the next top 10, when it has finally aired, probably May 2009 if it takes 6 months to edit 1 fricking top 10 list.

I finally got to see all of the original video. Since most UK shows are not exported to the US, most of the time, I didn't know what you were talking about, unless you were talking about an American show exported to the UK. Count Duckula was exported to the US, though.
