@abzvinny318, Half my family lives in Oklahoma. Smack dab in the middle of tornado alley. So i've had tons of stuff destroyed by MUCH bigger storms than the sorry excuse for a storms we have here. I've had trees land on top of my vehicles/house, had fences, backyards, garage doors, etc torn apart by storms. So no, having stuff destroyed by a storm doesn't really change your feelings about them.

I guess you've never had all of your stuff destroyed by a storm then. You feel a bit differently about them after that.
