New Grader Report for Moodle with resizable columns, fixed headers/columns, hide/show any column

Looks like exactly what I am looking for. Currently now I have to manually enter all my grades into another grading program because Moodle is so clunky and can't even print a simple report. What is the time frame on this plug-in??
