  • The tap was light and hesitant because he really didn't want to tap. I'm surprised you managed to finish that since he originally had that other arm in! Good job!

  • It looked like his arm wiggled trying to tap out but by that time he was already in that numb spot where it's too late. I've been right there, it's a scary feeling.

  • see great sportsmanship by the guy who won, I wish I was able too see how you set up that triangle though

  • 19 seconds in he taps

  • combat-do tournaments in cicero illinois just out side of chicago are the worst in history if you ever consider a tournament do research first

  • IS THAT GSP GETTING TRIANGLE CHHOKED?

  • good sportsman ship keep it up

  • He sure is flexible

  • "yay i won!"

    *looks around*

    "oh.. he's still sleeping"

    *worried*

  • never tap out hahahahahaha

  • the title says it all!!

  • man id love to learn to do that.

  • Good sportsmanship from the winner, fair fighting, released the triangle as soon as he choked out, didn't boast around like a twat and helped the guy up and shook his hand. Good to see :)

  • CANT ENTER TEXT!!!!!! HELP!!!

  • WTF!? the guy was telling him to stack him. u dont ever stack someone when ur in a triangle u sit on ur ass and look to the sky then pull the knee over and pass.

  • @joemaster150

I've heard both strategies. Sitting works well too. Stacking puts alot of weight on the other person's neck, making them let go many times. But, stacking makes you vulnerable to getting sweeped and if the other person has a strong neck, it is pretty much meaningless. I'd say just stick to whatever works for you.

  • Nice triangle, very nice. Yea when your rollin around you don't really feel it all the time ya kno. But nice job

  • very nice for both opponents. nuts to the guy who didnt tap.

  • Awesome! So intense...

  • Sean is a beast dude. sheesh! Hahah I need to learn how to do a proper armbar, triangles are no problem for me but for some reason when I have my opponent in a supposed armbar they're in no pain whatsoever. I havent been to my Jui-jitsu class in a while though =/

  • some day i will go to usa to high school wrestling

  • i really want to get into submission wrestling/ BJJ is it easy to get into if you dont have a lot of experience. im a big stalky guy 230lb 5ft 7 and im extremely flexible for being a big dude. i think my weight and height and flexiblilty combo would actually help me

  • you wrote-

if you a lame motherfucker take yo ass out.

im from the A, i came to party till i PASS OUT!!

and if you feel me and you tipsy throw your fists up,

if you got diamonds and they shinin throw yo wrists up!!

  • hey can u please ask u, what did i say? my thing got erased. i apologize if it was something offensive. i just forgot and i wanna know.

  • Bam nice traingle !!!!!!!!!

  • Thats weird man he didn't even try to stack it looks like.

  • @plusBLACKvideos lmao yea i saw that too but the ref didn't see cause he was barely walkin over...

  • @lampmaster

what the fuck are you talking about???

  • Shut the hell up, go be gangsta wannabe somewhere else

  • Excellent triangle. Great technique and well held.

  • nice job holding on to that

  • awesome video....... it must be nice to grapple with people your own size..... all my partners are way bigger than me so that when i actaully do fight its 100X's easier to since down my submissions...

  • i know how ye feel dude, ive been getn tappd by 200+'s when im 170 for a while. but o well, im getn betr and im able to tap them out nowadays

  • every every nice triangle!

  • That's why you tap as soon as you figure out you're in the triangle. So you don't end up sleeping in the middle of your fight. LMAO.

  • passout xD

  • nice tight triangle and good technique. and good sportsmanship

  • damn dude

  • Refs have gotten better, but people should always make it as obvious as possible. Go watch the early UFC bouts, the refs don't even know what a tap out is.

  • yeah, i've watched it over and you do see him tap a little.

I really didnt feel the tap though. I would have let go for sure, i'm not out to kill anybody

  • @rsean32 Is it bad for your health to pass out from this?

  • @JimOSmitH Nah.. cuts off th blood flow to ur brain but as long as they dnt hold it in after the tap theres no damage.

  • @joemaster150 Ok so it's fine for them to hold it but let go when you tap out. But what if they don't let go until after you pass out? Does it take long for brain damage to occur?

  • @JimOSmitH I believe it takes around thirty seconds to a minute for minor to serious brain damage to actually occur.

  • @rsean32 dam man he got OWNED lol not to smakk talk or anything, but, did he even know what he was doing? like, no offence u know but he didnt even try to get out from my point of view... i do mma n kickboxing, and they've taught me countless times how to get out of them, n now, its like a whatever thing, lol, good job though bro, keep it up(:

  • @rsean32 Don't worry you're not going to kill anyone with triangle. You would have to hold in a triangle for a few min before it even did serious damage, and the ref would have definitely stopped you before then. Good job and good sportsmanship.

  • That's a shitty attitude. Let's not roll together.

  • You have got to post this at BeatDownTube(dotCOM)! You are what this site is all about!

  • dude did tap. ref missed it

  • yeah at 21 sec..... right hand...

  • lol really weakly, probs just realized he was about to pass out and "tap..tap myarr" hes gone.

  • shit, i have insomnia, ima tell my wife to do this to me so I can sleep at night.

  • Had a nice take down and then when he tried to sit got caught in a triangle choke.

  • that was a comment lol..

  • haha I know right!

  • nice square

  • good sportsmanship bro

  • didn't he tap at 20 seconds?

  • beautiful triangle

  • nice triangle , who organized that event??

  • Grappler's Quest

  • @badass76ta its mma training

  • pride will get you put to sleep

  • Koolest shit I ever saw!!Go for it youngster.

  • nothing sucks worse than getting caught in a triangle choke in a competition. you just do not want to tap and by the time you do your either passed out or seeing stars.

  • that was a textbook triangle choke... beautiful execution... you can put a guy to sleep in seconds with that technique. The guy wakes up without even knowing that the fight was over...

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 101.

  • can you teach me that death grip?

  • Perfect Execution!
